CHR Global (HR Services) Pvt Ltd (CHR) was born in 1980, when a team of distinguished professionals formed a consulting company. These people were the following:

• Late Mr. V G Rajadhyaksha — Former Chairman, HLL and Member Planning Commission,
• Late Dr. R Banerjee — Former Vice Chairman, HLL,
• Late Mr. Manuel Menezes — Former Chairman, Railways Board,
• Late Air Chief Marshal P C Lal (Retd.) — First Air Chief Marshal, Indian Air Force,
• Late Mr. Mantosh Sondhi — Former Secretary, Ministry of Industries, Govt. of India.
